Rolanda's Tax & Professional Services (operated by Empower 2 Impact, Inc.) Effective date: June 25, 2026 Last updated: June 25, 2026

1. Who We Are and What This Policy Covers

Rolanda's Tax & Professional Services ("we," "us," or "our"), a service of Empower 2 Impact, Inc., respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect information when you:

- visit our websites, including www.mytaxlady.net and realestatetaxlady.net (the "Sites");

- contact us, request a consultation, or submit a form;

- become a client of our tax, bookkeeping, insurance, or related services.

Important: If you are a tax client, the information you provide to us in connection with preparing your tax return ("tax return information") is governed by additional federal law described in Section 4 below, and by the separate privacy notice we provide to you as a financial institution (Section 5). This online Privacy Policy supplements — and does not replace — those protections.

2. Information We Collect

Information you give us directly:

- Contact details (name, email, phone, mailing address) when you submit a form, request information, or sign up for our content.

- Information you choose to share in messages, consultations, or intake questionnaires.

- For clients: financial and tax information necessary to provide our services, which may include Social Security or taxpayer ID numbers, income and wage records, bank account information, and similar nonpublic personal information ("NPI").

Information collected automatically when you visit the Sites:

- Device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring pages.

- Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 7).

We do not knowingly collect more information than we need for the purposes described below.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

- respond to your inquiries and provide requested information;

- deliver, manage, and improve our tax, bookkeeping, insurance, and related

services;

- operate, secure, and improve our Sites;

- send administrative messages and, where permitted, educational or marketing communications you can opt out of;

- comply with legal, tax, and recordkeeping obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Special Protection for Tax Return Information (IRC §7216)

Federal law (Internal Revenue Code §7216 and the related Treasury Regulations) strictly limits how a tax return preparer may use or disclose tax return information. We will not use your tax return information for any purpose other than preparing your return, and we will not disclose it to third parties, except:

- as specifically permitted by the §7216 regulations (for example, to staff assisting with your return or to required service providers), or

- with your prior, informed written consent obtained on a separate §7216 consent form.

This means that if we wish to use your tax return information to offer you a non-tax service such as insurance, real estate, investment, or financial-planning services — we will first obtain your written consent on the form required by law. You are never obligated to sign such a consent, and declining will not affect the tax services we provide to you.

5. How We Safeguard Client Information (GLBA)

As a tax and financial-services firm, we are treated as a "financial institution" under the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act. We maintain a Written Information Security Plan and administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your nonpublic personal information, consistent with the FTC Safeguards Rule (16 C.F.R. Part 314) and IRS guidance.

As required by law, we provide clients with a separate GLBA Privacy Notice describing what information we collect, how we use it, the limited circumstances in which it may be shared, and your rights regarding that information. That notice - not this online policy governs the nonpublic personal information you provide to us as a client. Request a copy any time at the contact information below.

6. When We Share Information

We share information only as needed to run our business and serve you, and only subject to the limits in Sections 4 and 5. Categories of recipients may include:

- Service providers who work on our behalf (for example, tax preparation and practice-management software, secure document portals, payment processors, email and CRM platforms, and IT/security vendors), under contracts that require them to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

- Legal and regulatory recipients, when we are required to respond to a subpoena, court order, lawful request, or to comply with applicable law.

- In a business transfer, if our practice is sold or merged, subject to the confidentiality conditions required by §7216 for any client data transferred.

We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we do not share tax return information for marketing without the consent described in Section 4.

7. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

Our Sites use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Sites, remember your preferences, measure traffic, and improve performance. We may use web analytics and marketing platforms — including our customer-engagement and marketing platform (GoHighLevel) — that set their own cookies and process data under their own policies.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and you can opt out of certain analytics and advertising tracking through tools such as the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on or the advertising-industry opt-out pages. We honor recognized browser-based opt-out signals (such as Global Privacy Control) where applicable.

8. Data Retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Tax and financial records are retained in accordance with IRS and other recordkeeping requirements, which may require us to keep certain records for several years after our engagement ends.

9. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical measures to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please do not send sensitive information (such as

Social Security numbers or financial account numbers) by ordinary email; use the secure client portal we provide.
